Good Tidings of Comfort and Joy!

I can't believe how many pregnant friends I have! It is truly a wonderful thing to know that there are so many people excited to bring a little one into this world! I can't wait to meet and squeeze every single one of them! This post has been long overdue and even if you aren't pregnant or a mom yet, I'm sure you know someone who is and if you love them, you'll do them a favor and check out this company.

We have been huge fans of this pre/post pregnancy and baby product company called Belli Skin Care since before we were even pregnant with Aedan. I will tell you why: not only do they make the best smelling/soothing/healing/pampering products with mom and baby's health in mind, but the founders are Neal's sister and her Dr. husband and we are extremely proud of their accomplishments! Their product is so pretty...

I will tell you that I am very lame when it comes to researching out all the hazardous ingredients in cosmetics and what should or shouldn't be used during pregnancy. I figured people have been having babies long before all this research was done so who needs it right? Wrong! I am amazed at how many ingredients can be linked to birth defects and how much this company analyzes every ingredient that goes into their product and I am truly grateful that they are doing all of the hard work it so I don't have to worry. Lather, rinse, repeat - I'm glad this is all I have to worry about.

I am also impressed with how well this stuff works - for example, I used the elasticity belly oil all throughout my pregnancy except for a few weeks stint where I ran out of oil and was too lazy to run out and get more. This oil made my skin feel heavenly and I didn't get stretch marks until I stopped using it. Those stretch marks came so quick and when I started up the oil again it slowed down considerably. I feel things would have been much worse had I not been using the oil.

This is me, the evening before Aedan was born. I had a relatively easy pregnancy however I did get mega swelling. Especially in my feet and ankles. I wanted a foot rub every day during my last trimester and the Foot Relief Cream was a must have for my tootsies. Come to think of it, I still want foot rubs everyday...

The Belli Baby products are some of my favorites because of the sweet smell. I love clean baby smells and this stuff makes them irresistible! As you can see Aedan (pic taken at almost 1yr old) is a fan of the baby body wash...

.... and the talc-free baby powder. We still use them today. Aedan gets the giggles whenever I powder him.

While I could go on and on about all the products I love, I won't because for one, you could check out their website which gives excellent info on each one, and also I think it would be worth it to watch the owners tell you about their product themselves (yes we are so excited to see them on TV on YoutTube).

I also think their products speak for themselves so try it and you will love it I'm sure! Thanks Belli for taking care of us! I know this post probably doesn't do them justice so please please check out their website! You will be glad you did!

  1. Thanks for the post! When I was preggo with the twins, Annette, sent me the greatest package with tons of Belli product. I have used it since and am just now in need of more. So I am going to the website right now and order more. I love it!

  2. That info about the stretch mark cream would've been extremely useful about 6 months ago--now my belly looks like a freaking roadmap! Ah, pregnancy! I'm definitely going to try some of the baby stuff though--thanks for the info!
