Hello Goodbye

Hey all!  Just thought I would pop in to let you know that we are in the process of MOVING OUT!

That’s right, Neal just barely accepted a job at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Rockford, Illinois!

They originally wanted him to start next Monday (um, no) but pushed his start date back to April 19th so we are scrambling around to make everything happen.

And another hip-hip-hooray, Neal’s paper just got accepted for publication.

Things are good/crazy/busy and we are going house hunting this weekend.  Will post more details soon!

  1. Congratulations, you guys. Neal, too bad the paper came a few days too late to help in the job search. We're really happy for you guys and sad to see you go.

  2. I'm trying to decide if this is an April Fool's joke or not... If it isn't, congrats! Rondee and Joe live in Rockford (or a little town right outside), and so do Veronica and Jacob Thomas. We'll miss you guys, though!

  6. Congrats!!! That is so great! It would be even better if the job were in Utah, but it's still cool! ;)

  10. Congratulations! I hadn't checked your blog for some time and this is such great news! And I hope you enjoy your home and microvan too. We did get a minivan and I am liking it so far, but it does seem a bit excessive to have 8 seats with only 3 or 4 people in it.
