Things for kids to do during General Conference

This last Sunday in his Primary class, Neal gave his kids a General Conference packet which was a small printout of activities for the kids to help them focus on General Conference, the talks, speakers, etc. and someone was wondering where we got it so they could make another. I pulled a whole bunch of other ideas in addition to the one we gave the kids and so I thought I would pass them on to you. A lot of these use materials straight from the Friend Magazine and others are made by individual members of the church. So I will pass this on to you - use your personal judgement/family preferences on what you think is appropriate for your children to use in learning more about General Conference. These could be used for FHE, for quiet sabbath day activities, etc. There are I am sure many others available, especially from the Friend, but this should give you a good start. Just click on the highlighted words which will link you to the file.

A couple General Conference Sheets (the one Neal passed out to his Primary class)
Link to some Big packets - one for older kids and one for younger.
Downloads and instructions for A General Conference File Folder kit
General Conference Bingo cards
An index of past Friend magazine coloring pages
General Conference Notebook (for older kids and adults)
A bunch of printable General Conference theme games and puzzles
